Garbage truck causing traffic in Port-of-Spain
It boggles the mind how the Port-of-Spain City Corporation would actually instruct or approve of collection of garbage during peak traffic hours.
I cannot believe how anyone can be so utterly ignorant as to how much additional traffic the collecting at peak hours would cause.
Well, some “smart” person has actually made the decision, and because of this has caused utter distress to the travelling public as of late.
What are you people thinking? What possesses anyone to make such a ridiculous decision?
Come on nah man! Fix this right away!
