So what’s answer if not hanging?
The death penalty abolitionists are at it again, continuing their rhetoric without providing a clue as to how to stem the flow of murders in this country. All they say is hanging is not the answer, but if they know the answer why don’t they provide it? Their intention and hope is that those who murder others should not be punished. It is this position that promotes unbridled killings. The more they stick to their position, the more murders there will be.
Governments will rise and fall largely on the basis of their ability to provide security for their people, and knowing this they must not allow themselves to be held to ransom by small pockets of noisy individuals who can better serve their communities in other ways. These abolitionists hold their position as though it is the gospel. The Pope recently recanted, advocating the use of condoms in an effort to stem the spread of HIV.
This country has tried so many things, spending billions of dollars to reform the society, removing governments also, but the one thing that remained untouched is the hanging of killers. Those killers of our sons and daughters and our families should never have the feeling of security that they will not be hanged, and there should be no further delays in ensuring this. I crave the day that a killer has a gun and is fearful of using it.
